30 Days Warranty
1. What is your Return Policy
- Easy return for exchange or refund within 30 days after receiving your parcel. (Please keep in mind, that the items you wish to return need to be sent to us within 30 days after the delivery date.)
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
- Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items labeled with the final sale or purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and therefore not eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, if the hygiene seal is missing or torn.
- Beach accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Items purchased with the gift card (store credit) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
2. How do I make a return
If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or the items don’t fit you, please contact us at care@berlook.com and return within 30 days of delivery. We will reply within 48 hours.
Please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Once the return request is approved, you can send back the item(s) to our return address. Please note that it would cost you a shipping fee for the return.
For defective, incorrect or not-as-described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
3. What will the refund method for my return be?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
4. When will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Additional Notes
* Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs incurred, except for the quality of our products, the package damaged, etc.
* Note that BERLOOK is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee’s information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee’s name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong before being shipped, please contact us at care@berlook.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
* Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Our after-sales warehouse is in the United States and Hong Kong, where we will receive and process the returned products. However, we are now trying to set up more warehouses for the return in other countries.
* Each eligible item can only be returned or exchanged once. Items that have been exchanged cannot be returned.
* Get a refund for an item purchased as part of a BOGO promotion
When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest-priced item and then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.
