A: We can accept return of dresses in standard sizes less than US14 with picture color. If you are worried about the color differences, please order fabric swatches at first since there could be color differences on different screens. About size, our dresses run true to size, for dresses in standard size, we will put them on corresponding size mannequin to check before shipping. Only when dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them out; for custom size dresses, each dress will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different tailors before shipping, we can control error less than 0.5”.
- Q: Can you make dresses according to my size and color?
A: Yes, we can. And we have a factory, there is no extra cost to do custom size and color here.
- Q: I received the product, how can I contact you if I have questions?

- Q: How long for delivery?
A: Normal delivery time is around 30±5 days, rush order is within 20 days or even earlier. This delivery time includes producing time and transition time.
