📍 Local Stock Products (Ships within Egypt ONLY)
- Source & Storage: Shipped from our local warehouse within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Estimated Delivery: Faster, typically within a few days in Greater Cairo and slightly longer to other governorates.
- Coverage: Available for shipping only within Egyptian territory.
🌍 Global Dropshipping Products (International Shipping)
- Source & Storage: Shipped directly from our international partners (Dropshipping model) from outside Egypt to your address in any country we serve.
- Estimated Delivery: Longer and varies by destination (can range from 10 to 60 business days). Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for country-specific timelines.
- Coverage: Available for shipping to the vast majority of countries we serve.
- Critical Note: The physical return of international products is extremely complex and often not economically feasible due to double international shipping costs and long transit times. Therefore, with our partners, we focus on providing fast alternative solutions such as refunds or reshipments.
2. General Return Eligibility (Applies to Both Types)
- Timeframe: Return requests or defect reports must be initiated within 30 days of the product's delivery date. For more information on consumer protection, you can refer to resources like the FTC's guide on online shopping.
- Item Condition: The product must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact and undamaged.
- Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene/safety):
- All types of earrings and body piercing jewelry.
- Swimwear and bodysuits (provided the hygienic safety seal is intact).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” on its product page.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue
- Contact Us: Please reach out via our Contact Us page or email within the allowed period (30 days). Provide your order number and attach clear photos or video demonstrating the issue.
- Guidance from Our Team: Based on the product type and issue, we will instruct you on the exact procedure and, if applicable, provide the correct return address.
- Processing & Resolution: We handle coordination with the supplier (for international items) or process the request locally, communicating the proposed solution to you as promptly as possible.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time:
- For Local Products: Within 5-10 business days of approval and receipt of the item (if required).
- For International Products: Processing the refund with the international supplier may take up to an additional 14 business days.
- Original Shipping Cost: Non-refundable for “change of mind” returns or errors attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address).
6. Important Notes for International Products
- Shipping Delays: International shipping involves multiple parties (carrier, customs, local delivery). Delays beyond the estimated timeframe do not automatically entitle you to a refund as long as tracking shows the parcel is in transit.
- Lost Parcel: A parcel is considered “lost” only if there has been no tracking update for an extended period (typically 60-80 days depending on the destination). At that point, we initiate a claim with the supplier.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Any fees, taxes, or duties levied by the customs authorities in the recipient's country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot refund them.
